We run neurodiversity awareness seminars for organisations across Australia. These focus on educating staff and managers about the benefits of disclosure and a strengths first approach to neurodiverse inclusion.
We facilitate the creation of workplace peer support groups so neurodivergent staff can have a private space to share and collaborate.
We are in the process of developing Australia’s first workplace neurodiversity index. This will help create corporate benchmarks to drive widespread change for neurodiverse inclusion.
